  Trained here twice via a day pass, great gym, massive infact. Staff super friendly, lots of space to crack on with your workout. Some equipment is fairly used but doesn't stop it from working. Will definitely pop in again when I want to mix up my routine!

  My experience with the gym management was very disappointing. The manager, who is usually seen wearing glasses and sitting at the front desk, came across as uninterested and unhelpful whenever I needed assistance. Customer concerns seemed to be ignored, and communication was poor throughout my membership. A gym should be welcoming, professional, and focused on its members, but that was not the impression I received here. The lack of attention to customer service made the overall experience frustrating. I would not recommend this gym unless management significantly improves its attitude toward members and their concerns

  Great gym with an amazing range of equipment and a strong community- I’ve been a member for over two years and that’s the main reason I’ve stayed. However, members are becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of maintenance. For over a year there has been ongoing water leaking through the roof, with buckets and sheets permanently around the gym. The female changing room has been dark for months due to broken lights, there’s a strong unpleasant smell coming from the showers, and several machines are broken or outdated. It’s honestly disappointing to see a gym with so much potential being neglected. Many members feel the same way and have considered leaving. This gym doesn’t need a full makeover- just basic upkeep, hygiene, and repairs. I really hope this reaches the right person, as it would be a shame to lose such a great gym due to ongoing maintenance issues.

  The gym is excellent. It has a lot of equipment so even when it’s busy, you can still find machines to use

  Hands down, the best gym I have ever worked out in worldwide. Top of the line equipment. Massive floors space, so never have to wait for a machine. Multiple Olympic weight racks and Multiple free weight areas. There are many new machines that once you figure out how to use, are fantastic! It's funny how times have changed. When I left 30+ years ago to live in the US, no UK gyms could compare. Now gyms like this , show that the US is lagging behind. Also, thank you Cheryl for the £20 week pass. That was great. Will be back in the summer, to train in the gym again. Dean.
