A very nice gym with a very welcoming owner and great trainers for all types of fighting. Felt very comfortable to start training there and even have my 7 year old son there now. Very happy with FFT performance centre 👏

Everything about this club is top-notch. The coaches are brilliant and consistently create a supportive, high-energy environment for all age groups. It is rare to find a place that balances high-level training with such a welcoming culture. Whether it’s the kids' classes or the adult sessions, the vibe is always positive, disciplined, and inclusive. Everyone—from the staff to the members—is incredibly helpful and eager to support one another. It’s a fantastic community to be a part of, and the professionalism of the coaching staff is evident in every session. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to train!

I can’t recommend this FTT Performance Centre enough. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, supportive, and motivating. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to work with everyone—whether you’re a complete beginner or more experienced. The sessions are well-structured, challenging, and always push you to improve, both physically and mentally. What really stands out is the sense of community—everyone encourages each other, and there’s zero ego.

A fantastic place for kids! My 10-year-old son attends kickboxing classes here, and I can already see huge progress — both in his fitness and his confidence. The coaches are dedicated, professional, and great at working with young athletes. The atmosphere is friendly, and the classes are well-organized. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for quality sports activities for their child!
