The best gym, feels like family, all ages welcome and all round amazing atmosphere. As for the training, all coaches are highly skilled professionals who will bring out the best in you while still putting your safety first. Personally, I have stuck to kickboxing for longer than any other hobby in my adult life and Paul Powers Martial Arts has definitely played a big role in making this happen.

I’ve been going with my Dad for years, this gym has a friendly, welcoming environment. All the staff and trainers are lovely and make you feel comfortable alongside encouraging you to get the best out of your sessions. Will always recommend!

This gym is the absolute best! When I first joined I was intimidated by the idea of being a young girl going into a fighting gym, HOWEVER, it has been the best experience in my life! You walk in and are greeted with such warmth and kindness, no matter your ability, skill or confidence! All the coach’s show you so much commitment and dedication to helping you through your journey and Paul can feel like a second dad when you need him!

Absolutely love the atmosphere and attitude in this gym! made to feel welcome from day one and been going weekly for around 2 years now as a whole family with 2 young lads. The owner and all the trainers always go above and beyond and will go out of their way to help when asked. Worked absolute wonders for my 12 year old who was really introvert before starting at this gym and it has helped him immensely. Real family feel amongst all that go and wouldn't want to go anywhere else! 5*

Started here 2 years ago with my eldest son (autistic) to boost his confidence and self esteem. The trainers have done amazing and my son has had such an improvement. Our then 2yo tagged along and he has watched and soaked it all in, the trainers built a good relationship up with him too and he was allowed to join in or just play in the background. Doing the weekly sessions as a family has been great and we have all been welcomed and made to feel part of the powers family. They listen, get to know a person and adapt where needed. Its not just a gym, it's a family.
