My son (aged 9) has been attending weekend sessions with Brian for a couple of months. He absolutely loves it, has made friends and is learning how to defend himself while building so much confidence. The teachers are fantastic and make the kids feel so welcome. My son loves going and can’t wait to get his first belt!
This is the best place for mixed martial arts and ju-jitsu.It has the best prices. Sensai Brian puts every effort to train all candidates to the best. As a beginner in Brazilian ju-jitsu I couldn’t asked for better place. All coaches and assistants are very welcoming and take care of everyone. I’d highly recommend it to anyone especially parents looking for a healthy and positive activity to share it with their children.
My son loves his jiu-jitsu classes! The coaches are patient, supportive, and really know how to motivate the kids. He’s grown so much in confidence, discipline, and strength since starting. It’s amazing to see how much fun he has while learning valuable life skills. Highly recommend this club to any parent!
Our family has had a wonderful experience training at Cur Aik Jiu Jitsu Martial Arts with Sensei Brian and Sensei Alex. Sensei Brian runs the class with strong discipline and structure — which really helps the students stay focused and motivated. Sensei Alex, on the other hand, has a fantastic way of connecting with younger kids. My children (ages 6 and 8) absolutely love his classes! He explains every move clearly and demonstrates with patience and enthusiasm. For my teenage daughter, some of the movements can feel a bit intense at times, but overall it’s been a valuable learning experience for her — helping her build resilience, confidence, and strength. Overall, this is a great place for kids and families who want to learn martial arts in a disciplined yet supportive environment. Highly recommend both Sensei Brian and Sensei Alex for their dedication and teaching skills.
Very friendly environment, my son learned a lot since he joined both in jujitsu and as a confident builder. Brian and his assistance are friendly and approachable. And the seesions are well constructed, I would happily recommend anyone to join as am tempted myself to join the adult section
Posted 4 years agoSensai Brian is an amazing instructor. Kids love the Ju Jitsu classes. The sessions are always fun and energetic. He knows how to keep the children focused and determined with the techniques he teaches. I would definitely recommend anyone thinking of doing martial arts whether it be a child or an adult (oh yes he does adult sessions too) to attend these classes.
Posted 4 years agoMy eight year old daughter and I joined Brian’s group last year, and have enjoyed every session! Everyone is friendly, inclusive and supportive, with a large variety of abilities, which keeps the sessions interesting. My daughter is learning skills to empower her and is seeing positive women role models in action, as well as being inspired by the diverse group she now trains with.
