  I recently joined the gym with prior Muay Thai experience and can confidently say that Moses is the real deal. His classes offer high intensity cardio and endurance while focusing on technique, essential for any combat sport practitioner. He is also hyper aware of each students level and works with them one on one to improve technique.

  This gym makes you feel at home even if you have never done any sort of martial arts training. I’m new to all of it and Moses is a great guy who really cares about people and your growth. He has worked hard to build this gym and it shows! This gym is clean and very well kept! 100% would recommend this place!!

  Moses is a great Coach and works with everyone to ensure that everyone gets proper training. With starting Muay Thai Coach Moses made the environment comfortable but strived us to be great and put in the work. Hands down this is the best fight academy in VA

  No Weak Days Fight Academy is the best! The gym is clean, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the front desk staff are so kind. Moses is a phenomenal instructor who is skilled, patient, and motivating. He knows exactly how to meet you where you are and help you achieve your fitness or martial arts goals. Highly recommend!
