You will not find a better Martial Arts club than Nemesis. The instructors are top tier and bring out the best in children and adults. There is a great family environment and kids and teenagers regularly compete in regional and national competitions! Can't recommend highly enough.

My 10 year old son loves these classes! 2 sessions a week since May 2021 has significantly improved his strength and fitness after lockdowns, and he loves how he feels now. He never wants to miss these sessions, unlike some of his other sports. Can’t thank Peter and his team enough for inspiring him to move more and respect his body.

The best classes for kids. Our 6 and 9 year old daughters didn't missed single classes since start. Always happy to go and exercise. Fully recommended for all age group.
