    Amazing birthday party for Freya, they completely entertained the kids and also the adults. The kids had so much fun and were laughing the entire time. I couldn’t recommend more. Step out the box and have fun on the kids birthday! They will always remember this experience.

    I've been to three different clubs during my time studying kickboxing and this is the best one by far! Sensei Rich and his family are incredibly knowledgeable and great teachers. The classes themselves are challenging mentally and physically, but will always be appropriate to personal ability and experience. People with all levels of experience are able to train side by side and still get the best out of classes. These guys will push you to be your best and all belts are hard earned but well deserved. Their passion for what they teach is what makes the club really special.

    I really don’t know where to start with this review! We took my daughter along for a trial as she wasn’t getting on well at her current club and we haven’t looked back since. From the moment we arrived Rich and Pam made us welcome. They dealt with my daughters nerves so well. They were so compassionate and really understood her. She left the trial certain she was joining! They are nothing but professional and welcoming. The facilities are excellent making it such a great space to train in and because they run sessions every day of the week it was easy to fit it in around other commitments. As well as the Lone Wolf team being great the other members are too. Such a friendly atmosphere. We loved it so much that me, my husband and my son now train there too! 100% recommend this family friendly club for anyone wanting to begin or continue their martial arts journey.

    I would recommend Lone Wolf wholeheartedly. As an adult it is incredibly hard to take up anything new as you are very aware of your skills gap however Sensei Rich and the Lone Wolf Instructors and family were incredibly welcoming, nurturing and knowledgeable. The quality of instructing of a high quality and is consistent. In the 2/3 years I have been training at Lone Wolf I have become confident not only in my kickboxing ability but also within my own fitness and myself.

    Been with LW since nearly the very start of their academy and no other club has ever come close to providing the level of skill and commitment of these guys. One free trial and I was hooked. Their goal is to help better each individual, building confidence in children and adults alike and providing a friendly and welcoming space to all. They work round injuries, to ensure that you are working within the limits of what you can safely do. Most importantly, their passion for teaching kickboxing shines through in their classes and you can't help but feel enthusiastic alongside them. Belts are hard earned, rather than expected and everyone within a class is there to help and support. You will get fitter and mentally stronger and you'll gain yourself a new family along the way. If you've got any questions, it's best to drop them a message or give them a call. And now they've got their own training centre the only way is up for these guys!
