MYALO gym is brillant gym my teenage boy only started there 8 months ago, the physical and mental change has been amazing. The coach's are so encouraging and professional. Any level of fitness and experience is welcome. Could not recommend it enough.
One of the best gyms I have ever been a part of. This gym makes combat sports feel like a team sport. Coaches absolutely superb and the members so welcoming with no bravado floating around at all. Myalo is a brilliant gym. The coaches and students are extremely welcoming and encouraging. I had zero experience in any combat sport prior to joining a few months ago but my confidence and fitness has developed greatly. Very thankful for the coaches and teammates
Team Ryano isn't a gym, it's a community. Never felt uncomfortable or anxious during classes or training. It's about steady improvement with excellent coaches to support you and help you stay accountable to yourself along the way. Brilliant kids BJJ coaching as well. Young lad is really enjoying it and building his confidence class after class.
The framed posters on the wall, the reggae music playing, and of course the approachable and friendly attitude of the head coaches makes this the kind of gym you want to work out in. The mats are always full for the BJJ. If you're in Kilkenny or one of the surrounding counties and you're looking for a good roll, make sure you dont miss this.
