Couldn't believe how lucky I was to find, upon looking into starting Jiu Jitsu that Carlow had the FIRST 10th Planet Gym in Ireland. Rory that runs this place is truly brilliant, and that trickles from the top down, everybody here is nothing but warm, open and willing to teach even the complete beginner, like myself ! Highly recommend going down at least once, first session is even FREE !
