Jack is a dedicated martial artist who is continually searching for efficacy in the systems he shares because having his students truly prepared to protect themselves is very important to him. Sadly this is not something I see enough of in the martial arts community. I highly recommend Acolyte for real empty hand combatives training and more importantly a fun time.
