I would definitely go here. I am in Ireland for 10 weeks and have been training here for a few weeks now. However, I simply don't have the time to continue this sport in my own country, but I have already fallen in love with the sport. So I am going to have to make time for it. No joke, it really is a top-notch gym. Great atmosphere, very nice people, lots of knowledge, and everyone is very helpful.
Everyone here is really nice and eager to explain. The beginner classes cover the basics which is really convenient!!
What a pleasant surprise. I was in town for a couple of days, dropped in for a class and came back right next day. Intensity and pacing was just on point and everyone made me feel so welcome. Great community. I highly recommend dropping in!
Great energy and the team was welcoming and friendly!! Highly recommend!
Training a few years now in gyms all over Ireland, UK & Europe and Attic is right up there. Great group of people, welcoming culture and some excellent coaching. Lovely mix of experience across all belt levels. 10/10 would recommend for all levels
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Attic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is amazing! I’m Brazilian and have been training at Attic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for a while, and I can only say good things! The atmosphere is welcoming, the people are super respectful, and the instructors really know what they’re teaching. I’m learning so much about jiu-jitsu techniques, both in practice and theory. The level of knowledge and dedication from the instructors is impressive, always willing to help and correct details so we can improve. If you’re looking for a place to learn and improve your jiu-jitsu with quality and seriousness, I highly recommend Attic! I can’t wait to continue my journey and learn even more.
Best confidence builder in Carlow. It’s the best thing my son did for my grandson. His confidence has soared since he started ju-jitsu with Brian. I can’t recommend this club highly enough.
Started training in Attic Jiu-jitsu in 2017, took time off due to work and tried gyms closer to work but never found another club or other Coaches or training partners like the ones in Attic Jiu-jitsu. so i started back in 2022 and havent looked back since. Great Atmosphere, top level coaching and a class timetable to suit all, would recommend to anyone starting there Jiu-jitsu journey or if you've previous experience, Attic caters for all. 🥋🤼♂️
