Very nice place, the kickboxing sessions were amazing. The owner is a very nice and kind person.
My daughter enrolled at MMAFA when she was 3.5 years old. Under the guidance of Head Coach Steph and Assistant Head Coach Andrew, she has really developed her focus and respect. The moment she steps onto the mat, she becomes a completely different version of herself compared to at home. It is a great facility, and my daughter is truly privileged to be part of it. I highly recommend MMAFA to anyone. Thank you, MMAFA!
I’ve always appreciated the gym’s family oriented schedule (parents can workout at the same time as the kids; and there are many classes and days to choose from). The instructors are outstanding in terms of quality of delivery (adults and kids) and just so good with the kids: discipline and patience. The birthday parties they host are incredible and well received by the kids, I would definitely do it again.
MMAFA is a very well organized and great mixed martial arts and fitness academy. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for martial arts, Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu and kick-boxing classes. They have classes for kids, children and also adults. Coach Steph and his team of coaches and volunteers are amazing!
I enrolled both my kids (ages 5 and 4) at MMAFA, and they absolutely LOVE it! From day one, the coaches and volunteers have been incredibly engaging, patient, and encouraging. The positive energy and structure they bring to each class make it fun and exciting for the kids. I've already noticed a big improvement in both their confidence and coordination after just a month. So grateful for this program!!! Highly recommend to any parent looking to get their children into martial arts in a supportive and uplifting environment!
My son started the classes about a month ago and loves the program.He looks forward to going and we see a difference in his confidence already. The coaches are amazing and dedicated to each student's development both on and off the mat. The schedule is also flexible which allows for more frequent attendance. We strongly recommend MMAFA!
