Such a great addition to Stittsville! The academy is clean, welcoming and has such a good vibe. Everyone is friendly and you really feel like part of the community from the start. I’ve had the pleasure of training with Professor Junior and he’s an incredible instructor, knowledgeable, patient and really pays attention to the little details that make such a difference. Absolutely love Gracie Barra Stittsville! The gym has such a welcoming, positive, and supportive atmosphere. Whether you’re brand new to martial arts or have experience, everyone makes you feel comfortable, motivated, and part of the team. A special shoutout to Coach Junior — he is an incredible coach who genuinely cares about his students and their progress. He’s knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and does an amazing job breaking techniques down so they’re easy to understand. He pushes you to improve while making sure you’re learning in a safe and positive environment. You can tell he truly loves what he does and takes pride in helping his students become better both on and off the mats. The entire team at Gracie Barra Stittsville is fantastic, and the community they’ve built is something special. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, get in shape, build confidence, or simply become part of an amazing community. 10/10!
Top-tier academy! The facilities are spotless, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the team feels like a community from day one. What a beautiful new location! I am so happy to see Gracie Barra open its doors in Stittsville. We went to a class yesterday and had an absolutely amazing time. Professor Junior is a fantastic instructor. He taught my daughter years ago at the Barrhaven location, and his knowledge and passion for Jiu-Jitsu are unmatched. It’s incredibly special to see him achieve his dream and open his own location. If you are looking for a welcoming environment with top-tier instruction, this is the place to be.
