    My kid has been training with GroundX Jiu Jitsu for the past 4 months, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere at the gym is very welcoming and inviting, and it's clear that the instructors are passionate about what they do. One thing that really stood out to me was how great this gym is for kids. My 5-year-old became very passionate about this activity , and he absolutely loved the classes. The instructors are patient and attentive, and they do a fantastic job of keeping my kid engaged and excited about this sport. Overall, the staff is awesome, the facilities are great, and the classes are amazing for kids.

    Just visiting from Texas and was lucky enough to find this academy. Could not ask for a nicer gym and better rolling partners here in Ottawa! I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to train in the Ottawa area.

    Ground X is one of the best activities you will add to your kids life. From the intro, to the people at the desk to the coaches. The way they teach kids and the amount of awareness and attention the coaches pay to every single class is excellent. It’s so rewarding to have our son train here for the last five months. There is not a single coach here your kids will train with that is not talented and knows what they are doing however have to give a HUGE shoutout to coach Richard and Eric as well as Steve. These coaches are super talented, they not only bring discipline but their strictness during class makes it a great experience overall for the kids training but also for us as parents.

    I can't stress how amazing it is to have a place like ground x Jiu-Jitsu. they do open. Matt on Sundays and that helps so much when you want to practice against people from all over..... The staff and team are all very polite and friendly... 10 out of 10
