Did a trial class here, man what a place to be! Right from the get go the front desk, instructors, attendees everybody is so friendly and welcoming here. Phenomenal atmosphere and energy! And the workouts?! Whooowee! You are in for one heck of a workout here. Great way to stay or get in shape! Love this place and will definitely be coming back. And to all the new comers like myself, if you were ever on the fence about trying jiu-jitsu or any mixed martial arts this is a great place to start!

Great place we signed up last week, the kids love it instructors are attentive and show a level of care and passion that is rarely scene. The gym is very clean they were crazy enough to get white mats and their spotless the gym smells great and there is plenty of room for everyone. So glad we found this place.its been so great for my mental health and my managers have scene a remarkable difference in my attitude and energy at work. Tiago is a 4th degree black belt and a multiple devision world champion. There are always multiple black belts on the mats and they are so attentive. The culture that Chris and Gistavo have built is second to none. Its my 3rd month in and my kids love it!

The Sojujutsu club is truly outstanding! The coaches combine professionalism and discipline with encouragement, teaching children important values while fostering a strong team spirit. Communication is clear, using words, gestures, and looks to guide the kids effectively. Their flexibility and understanding of parents’ and children’s needs make every session stress-free. Above all, the warm and welcoming atmosphere makes you feel like part of a family. Highly recommended!

10/10!!! If you are looking for anything to do in Ottawa or you’re interested in self defence classes and you don’t know where to start So JiuJistu is the place! My trainer Gustavo and the owner were so nice and informative! The classes are also split up by level and uniforms are provided so if this is your first time I promise you will have so much fun. The trainers are also world class having won numerous international competitions and coaching for UFC champions today! It is a must visit

Amazing gym, has been a great experience for my eldest daughter. She's learned so much in such a short period of time. , the team is great and takes a lot of time breaking things down for her. I can't wait to put my youngest in too!
