This is the only Muay Thai gym I've ever been to, and I've never thought about trying another one because the coaches here are professionals and just amazing overall 💯

Great place to train Martial Arts. They have a large facility with classes in Muay Thai, Boxing, Jiujitsu, Wrestling and MMA. And the people there very nice and friendly.

Highly recommend this place. I enrolled my son a few months ago, we were looking for some kind of a physical activity. I didn’t know much about martial arts. He loved it! He loved it so much he asked to go every single day, and he talked about it so much that my daughter became interested. Now everybody goes, even me to a parents class. And every teacher is so nice kind and helpful. In fact, every single person who works here is just amazing, so passionate about what they do. They really instill a love of martial arts in the kids. A wonderful place!

Highly Recommended! I enrolled my nephews at OAMA and they absolutely loved it. The instructors are professional, disciplined, and skilled at teaching while being both friendly and challenging. Management was a pleasure to deal with as well, and the environment is clean, safe, and fosters respect and growth. If you’re looking for high‑quality martial‑arts training for yourself or your kids, this place comes highly recommended!

Dedicated, great people and great organization, will accommodate and be flexible with memberships if you need to suspend or change. My child really enjoys us the after school program and the friends he’s made there!

OAMA on Carling Ave is amazing! Fees are clear & more than fair. Workouts challenging & innovative. Instructors are excellent. They are really what keeps me coming back. The instructors are top notch & inclusive regardless of your fitness level.

Even though this Academy teaches the most effective & dangerous martial art techniques in the world, it feels like the safest place to be in. The training is superb, with a family atmosphere encouraging constant growth toward excellence.

I think the instructors are great at teaching to a varied audience (age, attention span, skill level). It's nice to see class options that allow for more competitive spirits and ones that just come for the pleasure of it. It's a friendly atmosphere and the staff are lovely and responsive to questions.

the teaching methods, the welcoming and kind staff. Also the members are very inviting and welcoming and always ready to help improve yourself which creates a great training environment to help improve your skills and work on new ones. These are the reasons I've been loyal to the academy for so many years

My child had an excellent experience with the after school program at the Carling location. They loved it and were very well taken care of by all the staff. As parents, we were thrilled that OAMA filled a void when the bus was cancelled and we were scrambling to figure out a solution. It was very well organized and Tracy and Brianne always responded so quickly whenever I had questions. Cannot recommend highly enough!

The fine folks at OAMA truly welcome your kids into their family. The afterschool program is fantastic, and my son attended summer programs for years as well. The Birthday parties are so much fun! We have been a part of the OAMA family since 2014, and are looking forward to continuing! The senseis truly care about how you are doing, and help you with your goals. Coach Jo did an amazing self defense class with quite a motley crew. We had an amazing time and learned so much!
