  I think the instructors are great at teaching to a varied audience (age, attention span, skill level). It's nice to see class options that allow for more competitive spirits and ones that just come for the pleasure of it. It's a friendly atmosphere and the staff are lovely and responsive to questions.

  the teaching methods, the welcoming and kind staff. Also the members are very inviting and welcoming and always ready to help improve yourself which creates a great training environment to help improve your skills and work on new ones. These are the reasons I've been loyal to the academy for so many years

  Even though this Academy teaches the most effective & dangerous martial art techniques in the world, it feels like the safest place to be in. The training is superb, with a family atmosphere encouraging constant growth toward excellence.

  My child had an excellent experience with the after school program at the Carling location. They loved it and were very well taken care of by all the staff. As parents, we were thrilled that OAMA filled a void when the bus was cancelled and we were scrambling to figure out a solution. It was very well organized and Tracy and Brianne always responded so quickly whenever I had questions. Cannot recommend highly enough!
