Our 6-year-old son attends Jiu Jitsu training and loves it. The Owner and Coach are very friendly. The price is right for us as parents. They offer promotions and discounts, and we were happy to get a discount on a kimono. We highly recommend Martial Arts Derocque.
Welcoming atmosphere and excellent service! My son felt comfortable from his very first lesson and thoroughly enjoyed his experience. I highly recommend it!
Great gym, great people, and an awesome atmosphere! Étienne is incredibly welcoming and makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The vibe is friendly, relaxed, and motivating. Definitely a great place to train!
Etienne and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. Sing up today you won't regret it 😁
Honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made was walking through that door. I started BJJ about 4-5 months ago with zero experience and the progress I’ve made has blown me away. The coaches are highly experienced and have a deep understanding of the sport. They do a great job developing beginners and competitors alike. The group is welcoming from day one, no egos, just good people focused on learning and getting better together. If you’re thinking about it, just message them and try a class. You won’t regret it.
10/10 Community, 10/10 teachers, highly recommend. 10/10 fun experience. My first ever experience was at an open matt and I knew absolutely nothing about martial arts. The very moment I walked in people treated me like I had been going there for 10 years and like I was part of the family already. They were quick to take me under their wings and give me pointers and teach me basics and fundamentals without even me asking. I started Jiu Jitsu 1 month ago, and I'm glad to say I'm addicted and always eager to attend the next class. Members are kind and helpful, they take their time to teach you and are open to questions. Amazing exercise to get in shape, and amazing exercise to help boost mental health and self esteem. Very safe environment for women and children's. There's people of all levels and therefore if you are a begginer like me or experience fighter, this is the place to be without any hesitation. If you are a women, they offer women only class and offer a very safe environment. The owners are fantastic, not to mention very talented and knowledgeable, and work really hard to make your experience the best as possible. The place is always clean and maintained to the highest hygiene standard. They offer all sort of martial arts for all ages. The pricing is excellent for the quality you get. This community is awesome and quickly turns into a family. They've just opened a second gym in Buckingham so if your in the area make sure to check them out! Highly recommend Art Martiaux Desroques! Grab your motivation, stop overthinking it, leave your ego at home and come join us for a great workout and a fun experience!
Etienne and his team of instructors are not only knowledgeable, but also extremely skilled at adapting their classes to their different clients and athletes. They are true professionals from start to finish!
