Great first class! My son loved his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class! The instructors were friendly and encouraging, and he had so much fun while learning new skills. He can’t wait to go back next week. Highly recommend!

I've been training at EBO for about 2 years, focusing on BJJ, and I can't recommend this gym enough. It's not just a place to train; it's a community. The coaches here truly go above and beyond to ensure that every student excels in the art of BJJ. Whether you're looking to compete or just improve your skills, there's a fantastic competitive team here that will help you achieve your goals. They offer not only top-notch coaching but also unparalleled support throughout your journey. Beyond BJJ, the gym offers other amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a sauna, making it an excellent place for anyone looking to maintain good physical health. If you're considering joining, I say go for it. You won't regret it.

Been going there for almost 7 months now for BJJ. Coach King and Santi are very engaged with students. They monitor you and your progress and are always there to help. My son dors parent anf kids class too which is amazing because they understand that a child needs to run from time to time. Theres a mjx if basics and creative fun for little ones under 5. Jade is a wonderful kids teacher as well. Super friendly staff. Great for for those looking to compete as well.

This Gym is one of the jewels in Aylmer, the coaching is what brings it to life and its teammates are what bonds it together. Both programs are amazing and offer a great variety of techniques. This gym is really one of a kind

My daughter is attending BJJ classes for a few years now. The place is v friendly and clean. The school is evolving and getting better, becoming a great spot for those interested in martial arts. The extra spin is a competitor's class, where kids are really engaged and progressing faster. All teachers are great and you can see that they are passionate about the subject. (Update: Jan 2024) Great gym? That's sadly no the case anymore. Especially for children and younger members. It's surprising how quickly a great place can go down the hill. No soft landing! Basically, people working there at BJJ section don't care anymore. It goes like that for many months now. And it is shocking to see "instructors" (grown ups on the mats) mostly staring at the floor or browsing on their mobile phones. Furthermore, even the safety of participants is neglected. They would pretend they don't see ...
