awsome martial arts school. the price is very fair where you can go up to six times a week for multiple classes a day for muay thai and tjj for striking, boot camp to stay in shape and bjj. teachers are very nice and put in a lot of time and care for every student, they teach amazingly and is amazing for self defense. they have amazing classes for kids and adults . best school ever. -cata
Best all around martial arts school for young children as not only has BJJ teaching the ground fight and submissions but also TJJ teaching striking punches and kicks. Also owners are very family like involved. Some of the students are their kids, but they also treat the rest of the students as their family. Other facter is that there are many children of married ages which provides your child with different types and style of partners to train and compete with.
We are so proud to be part of the Aylmer Jiu-Jitsu community. We truly found the perfect place for our kids to train, grow, and become champions. Our boys have been training here for about four years, they made new friends and love coming to the gym to train. I also joined the boot camp (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at noon), it has been a life-changing experience for our whole family. We love the strong sense of community created by the owners, Sam and Robin, along with all the amazing coaches who train the kids, youth, and parents. It’s an incredible place with a very positive environment. A special thank you to Clara for teaching me how to train and push myself. We love this place and highly recommend it for the whole family!

I have been training at this gym for almost five years now, and I can tell you that I have met some wonderful people there! I have grown as a person and, above all, as an athlete, achieving my goals! The coaches and training partners become your second family and are especially good at developing discipline and confidence in young children.
