  Absolutely fantastic. The coaches are all stand up, friendly people. It's apparent they work very hard to make everyone feel welcome. They memorized all 3 of my kids' names on their first day, and made sure to encourage them and make it a fun experience. Myself, my wife and all my kids are taking classes every week. They really do have something for everybody. Not only are my kids learning self defense, they're learning real, hard-earned confidence, they're learning respect, they're learning discipline, they're learning social skills. My wife is gaining confidence and skills to defend our family. I cannot overstate how impressed I am by these great people who run the gym and teach us. I don't miss a single penny I've spent coming here. 6/5 stars, I recommend everyone makes the plunge and joins.

  I started attending classes after watching my son in the Juniors program for almost a year. I started with women's kick fit and Women's empowerment and quickly moved to the Gracie Combatives Course. It is a family atmosphere and a place to train for life! Thank you to the amazing and patient instructors and fellow members.

  High praise to MMA Eugene and the staff, especially Coach Adam and Coach Shannon. This is a great program for everyone from ages 3 to 93. Every two months students focus on a character skill while developing the skills for self-defense. The coaches model respectful teaching, discipline, and command, and celebrate each individual’s gains. Learning is fun, challenging, and both emotionally and physically safe. The schedule for classes are versatile and flexible. The facility is clean and provides a comfortable seating area for spectating.

  I don't care for the little Buddha idol near the entrance, but the instruction is phenomenal. Adam is excellent not only at teaching Jiu Jitsu to kids and adults alike in a fun and accessible style, but also gently, yet firmly, instilling in the children both respect and discipline that is not often taught in public schools.

  An amazing program that my son has learned so much from, I am more confident in the little man I am raising due to the structure, values and self defense he has learned this last year. He loves his coaches and his classmates. My son loves this program, as do his parents!
