  Our son (7) has been training here for almost 2 years so i feel we have enough experience to give an honest review. A fantastic place full of fantastic people! I wanted our son to train in jujitsu not just for self defence but to learn life skills, confidence and respect etc and its working a treat! Out of all the clubs and all the coaches hes experienced over the last 6 or 7 years (swimming, football, cricket, boxing etc) Manifest is the only club he hasnt once been hesitant about or felt that he doesn't want to go. Unless we're on holiday or hes unwell he doesn't miss a single session! The place is spotless and the people are amazing, every single one of them! 100% recommend for people off all ages and abilities!

  Amazing place! My son had lost his confidence and was close to giving up ju jitsu so we tried a new club and never looked back since. My son has grown as a person for being in such a friendly positive and professional club. Everyones made to feel welcome and becomes part of the team.

  Absolutely brilliant club! The coaches are fantastic with the kids and genuinely care about helping them learn and grow. It’s reasonably priced, and Gret and Jonny are so friendly and welcoming — they really make the place feel like one big family. The gym is also super, super clean, which is a huge bonus. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough! 🥋❤️

  We first heard about a new BJJ gym opening up in my home town of Brereton/Rugeley & after getting into a rut with my mental & physical health I decided this was going to be my new hobby. We arrived & was by a bunch of strangers who somehow made me & my son (8yrs of age at the time) feel like these were our kinda people. After 5mins of chatting it was clear to me my Son was taking all this in & was eager to try it out. It was a superb sales tactic because after 6months of watching my son Ted doing it, & me thinking how easy it was, I got roped Into “having a go” by the coaches + one or two of the dads who were sitting & watching… I haven’t looked back since. Ted & I have been doing this for over 3yrs. My son has grown a confidence in himself that has helped him in his day to day lessons with the discipline and respect to all. He often likes to try his luck at home & we’re always trying get each others backs. Recently my daughter (5yr old) has joined the class & she loves showing me her latest moves on her big brother. I want my kids to grow up being respectful with a clear understanding of self defence & resilience. My fitness has improved, I’ve dropped over 10kg’s in the past 12mths & less visits to the chiropractor. I know when I’ve not trained I miss it, I miss them & I crave the thrill of the rolls & buzz it gives you when you’re dragging yourself home. You often hear about the Manifest family within the gym & the diverse range of people who continually turn up to these classes to get you through the lesson with moral support, encouragement & laughs… constantly driving you forward onwards and upwards challenging your own boundaries . This is what Manifest is all about. Jon / Gret have created something special with an incredible team of coaches (Jarv, Tom, Matt etc) & if this is something you’ve thought about or considered bringing your children along to develop their listening skills, discipline, problem solving under pressure through hard work & steady progression then I highly recommend you get in touch with Manifest BJJ….   What a wonderful family friendly atmosphere. Being someone who isnt always comfortable in new surroundings, i was put at ease and made to feel really welcome by staff and coaches here. As a complete novice i was helped every step of the way when i started my BJJ journey. Other members were helpful and i was surprised to see people here closer to my age (40 ish) also starting their journey too. What i really liked it the age range. From young children to ladies and gentlemen quite a bit older than me all enjoying this wonderful sport. Im not the most athletic person in the world but i find BJJ a great way to keep fit and i enjoy meeting a wide range of people and abilities Manifest attracts. Finally thank you to everyone, staff and members for making me feel welcome and safe.

  I can’t recommend Manifest BJJ enough. This club is perfect for beginners! From day one Gret and Johnny made me feel welcome. They’re not just great coaches, they’re genuinely brilliant people who really care about everyone who walks through the door. The community is what really sets this place apart. Everyone is friendly, supportive, and makes you feel like part of the team straight away. You never feel out of place or overwhelmed, which is massive. If you’re looking for a gym with high-level coaching, a great vibe, and a proper community feel, this is it. Genuinely an awesome place to train.

  Best bjj gym around, awesome coaches good vibes every time I go. out of all the gyms I've visted, manifest has its own fast paced 3 min rounds to keep you working when it comes to live sparring. Every class you will get technique , specifics and then live rolls in the final quarter usually. Works well and the music selection is great mix of hiphop. Shout out to dj jonny d

  Easily the best BJJ gym around here! All of the coaches have a wealth of knowledge that they love to share during the classes, with techniques done properly and in depth so that they’re understood rather than just copied. You’re welcomed and encouraged, meaning you feel at ease and part of the team. This is a life skill that will improve every aspect and area of your life, from confidence to fitness. Jonny and Gret are two of the most pleasant, genuine and inspiring people that I have had the pleasure of meeting on my BJJ journey.

  I can't recommend Manifest BJJ highly enough. The staff and members are super welcoming and friendly, the facility is always immaculate and the instructors/coaches are of the highest class. I've found a safe space to be myself and practice a world class martial art and sport. The kids classes are super fun and I'm counting down the days untill I can enrol my son. Build some confidence, get fit and build some excellent friendships

  Very friendly community - so easy to settle in to. Coaches are also enthusiastic to teach the sport. I have recently had to leave due to moving away, and the owners have been very effective in communications, making the process in leaving very easy.

  Recent events have changed the positive view I once had of Manifest. The way a sensitive issue was handled has affected my trust and confidence in the business, changing my opinion. As a woman, I no longer feel comfortable recommending this gym
