Great environment and group. I've only started my BJJ classes last week and they couldn't gone much better. I've learned a lot from the few classes I've attended and feel I've improved a lot.

Superb gym. Looked after me for a long time, great bunch of scrappers with hardworking and honest people putting the graft in to teach
Great club, lovely people with a large mat space Kerst knows his stuff in Judo and bjj and doesn't discriminate if you want to train in the GI/No Gi would highly recommend
Great club to train at. All ages and abilities made welcome and everyone included. Definitely recommend.
A great club to attend. Instructor fully appreciates you ability and encourage you to progress at your own speed. Plus classes are great fun
An Excellent grappling dojo. A friendly atmosphere and always something new to learn. Kerst had a patience of a saint. I will recommend Adk to anyone.
Posted 2 years agoGreat experience & great people - really friendly atmosphere I've been to other Dojo's where the instructors have very little time for the ones who aren't necessarily as experienced as other fighters Will definitely be using going forward
Has everything you're looking for if you want to learn grappling from Judo to BJJ. Great coaching along with a friendly environment.
