    I’ve been training at Kstar for a while now and had such a good experience. Tom the coach is a top guy with a massive amount of knowledge and experience always encouraging people to gain the best experience possible and progress towards their goals. The guys and girls who train are some of the friendliest and most helpful people you could meet too. If you are nervous about starting There’s no need to be as you will be made to feel welcome and achieve the confidence and skills you didn’t know you had!

    Having done lots of different martial arts, at lots of different places, over the last 3 decades (never sticking to any), I feel well placed to offer an opinion... and I don't have a single bad word to say. Tom is an excellent teacher. No BS, no posturing, honest, open and friendly. Been doing classes for a couple of months and I still look forward to going back every time. That hasn't always been the case. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. No massive egos. Can't recommend highly enough.

    Great new Muay Thai training location in Aldridge. The coach is really supportive and and helpful. The club has a welcoming culture and everyone there is helpful. Definitely a recommendation from me.

    Tom is a fantastic coach and his classes are fantastic my little one has only been here for 6 weeks and he has learnt so much and actually loves going training would definitely recommend to others
