Fantastic gym and training environment with first class coaches and great training partners at all levels. Ideal gym for anyone weather just wanting to get whilst having fun or compete. Also excellent for MMA competitors wanting to do some additional grappling as coaches there have competed in MMA upto the highest level. Can't recommend this gym enough
