  The quality of training at is top-notch. The instructors are highly skilled, professional, and take the time to break things down in a way that’s easy to understand—whether you're just starting or have experience. Every class is well-structured, and the attention to detail in the techniques is brilliant. What makes this place truly special for me is getting to train alongside my daughter. Watching her start her own Jiu Jitsu journey and seeing her confidence, focus, and skills grow week after week has been incredibly rewarding. The coaches are great with the kids encouraging, patient, and really good at bringing out the best in them. It’s more than just a gym—it’s a positive, respectful, and motivating environment that supports growth at every level. I’m grateful to be a part of it, and even more grateful to share the experience with my daughter.   We have bringing my son Franklin for around 2 months and initially he was extremely nervous and struggled to take part in the class but with patience and understanding each member of the team managed to win him round and although he will occasionally still have a wobble, he has come so far and we are incredibly proud of him and appreciative of the staff at Alento. He very much prefers to team up with one of the adults and they each take such good care in ensuring he takes part and learns something even when he’s having a hard time. Very much recommend, especially for those whose child may need a confidence boost x

  My son Chester has been training here for almost 2 years now and is still loving it. Very welcoming and friendly club. He has grown in confidence so much since coming here and loves his training sessions. Would highly recommend!
