  I’ve been coming to UTC for around 10 weeks now and can honestly say it’s the best decision I ever made From weight training for so many years I found it got a bit stale (for me), I found I was dragging myself there rather than actually enjoying it. I needed a change and that’s when I reached out to UTC. Jon soon got back to me and gave me a trial session which I absolutely loved. I wanted to sign up right away but Jon was adamant I try a few more session first before committing. Which I thought was absolutely brilliant. This is the vibe of this gym. The coaches have your best interest at heart and nothing else. I did a few more sessions and signed up right away. I actually enjoy going to the gym again. Everyone who trains at this gym is so helpful. They give great advice for any newcomers and you soon feel part of the family. And as for Jon & Jack, they are two of the nicest men you’ll ever meet and superb coaches. You won’t feel more welcomed and I couldn’t recommend this gym enough! Thanks everyone for making me enjoy exercising again

  Never been made to feel so welcome and looked after in any other gym. I've trained at a lot of gyms and never had this level of attention paid to everybody, nobody was left out and we all got time with the instructor. We'll maintained, friendly, and happy to teach you things that you're interested in personally, even if that's not the main focus of the class. I asked to be taught some wrestling sit outs etc, and this was in a BJJ class. He had no problem accommodating me and showing me some wrestling, great stuff.

  I’ve trained in a few different gyms over the years and UTC is by far the best I’ve ever been to. They are welcoming, attentive and will put any first time nerves at ease. I’d give 6 stars out of 5 if I could. Thanks Jon and Jack 👍

  My son is 14 and has been training at UTC for 3.weeks he was made to feel welcome. And feels like part of the familly. Thanks to jon and and the coaches 👏

  Very nice people there, the coaches are clever and they have all the equipment you need.
