  I’ve been training in Kuk Sool Won for 5 years and it has helped me improve my fitness, build my confidence and become the best version of myself. Kuk Sool enables me to continually push myself out of my comfort zone, whether that’s competing in a national competition or performing in a public demo for thousands of people. I highly recommend this incredible martial art to anyone looking for a fun and unique way to challenge themselves.

  As an experienced martial artist, I am glad to have found ksw Salford. Sean instructs all in a friendly and inclusive manner, and kuk Sool has a set curriculum, meaning we all know where we are in terms of progressing to the next belt. The sheer breadth of the teaching material means that I am never bored.
