perfect place to train everyone is made to feel welcome like a big family unit perfect for all
I’ve never been to a gym before, I went recently for my first ever boxing training session and I must say I really enjoyed it and will definitely be going back, this is a great place, great facilities, good atmosphere everyone is friendly. I recommend it.
Love the gym, my 9yo son has been doing MMA there for over 2 years now, made amazing progress, learnt discipline, got stronger, more skilled and confident. Nearly a year ago I decided to join him and do boxing while he is training rather than just sit on the bench, waiting for him. Never looked back! Adam is amazing coach and knows how to push you further. If you are thinking of joining a local gym- FAST gym is the one to go for! Personal approach, great coaches.
The gym is absolutely amazing. It has a friendly atmosphere with well respected coaches. I highly recommend for anyone who is starting out or even if you're experienced.
Down to earth space for training. Weights available however it's geared up to support boxing and other one on one type combat sports. Children and Adult classes are also available. Great standard of knowledgeable trainers available. Be warned parking is an issue check at the signing in point to avoid parking fines.
An amazing gym that has been given me all the support I need in starting my MMA career. Fantastic coaches and fighters. Amazing atmosphere whether you're looking to learn combat sports or just get fit.
