The place is always spotlessly clean, which makes a huge difference when training. The instructor does an amazing job of catering to all skill levels beginners never feel out of place, and advanced students still get pushed to grow. Classes are well structured and easy to follow, with a great mix of technique, drilling, and rolling. Friendly vibe, professional coaching, and top notch facilities. Definitely recommend.

Couldn’t ask for a better BJJ gym, all the staff are super friendly and welcoming, including the head coach Jimmy who has years and years of experience which you can really see come through when he’s teaching you. He’s got all the patience in the world for the students like me who just started. The actual gym has got everything you need and possibly the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend.

Great coach and a great environment to train. Very clean and tidy. Jimmy is the head coach he’s always got time for you as long as you put the work in. Couldn’t recommend this place enough

Fantastic gym. My son with learning difficulties has been going and is so engaged for first time in his life. Jimmy and Frank are really great with him and he's learning so much - not just about bjj but also about how to manage his progression. 5 stars.

I’m completely new to BJJ and honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to start. From day one, the atmosphere has been really welcoming - no ego, just good people who want to train and help each other get better. I leave every session feeling like I’ve learned something, worked hard, and got just a bit better. If you're thinking about starting, this is the kind of place where you’ll feel looked after and pushed in the right way
