I've dealt with this company lots of times, never had a problem until recently. I ordered rashguard & shorts for no gi/ wrestling and had to send it back because it wasn't a good fit- nothing wrong with that and sounds straight forward. Here lies the problem though; When you do the returns they bamboozle you with options; offer you more credit than what you originally spent to entice you to purchase alternatives and this sidetracks you from refunds to your bank account. Then it gets messy and your money becomes credits, then more credits. Fact is; If you've paid for an item in cash and have credit too then they should refund the difference and not keep giving you more opportunities for store credit etc which then gets v confusing. So, I get in touch and explain my predicament and get strung along for over 2 weeks, even have an email saying that £70 is on its way to my account but due to the xmas holidays it will take a while longer. They must think I am brand new or something?? But I believed them; 5 day later still no money. Then after more text messages I have another excuse. Fact is; they hate giving refunds because they just want to sell. I gave progress plenty of opportunities to do the right thing but they didn't hence the reason I am writing this- which I don't particularly like doing but its come to this & I despise being palmed off with BS. And, nobody gets my money for free. Be aware of this before you purchase.

I have used my progress gi 4 times a week for the last year and it is still in great condition. It is very comfy and is only second to my Thrudark gi which was twice the price. If you are looking for a long term affordable gi, look no further than a Progress JJ gi.

First time using this company. I bought a Rashguard and Hybrid shorts but unfortunately the my didn’t fit. I opted to return them which was really easy to do. The quality of the clothing was great and I’ll certainly be using them again. The packaging was also lovely, with a resealable bag to return my items included. The whole experience has been a breeze. 10/10.

I love progress Jiu Jitsu. The brand is slick. Great designs and the equipment is quality. The customer service is impeccable and I’m proud to have supported a British company which has succeeded in the Jiu Jitsu world to become a recognised brand. Myself, my wife and my son all wear Progress. To the point I’ve been asked a number of times if we’re sponsored by Progress………. Unfortunately not.

I do not write reviews lightly and feel like I should point this out. The Gi's I have from Progress (MK6 & Featherlite) are without doubt, hands down and without question the BEST quality Gi's I have ever worn. Firstly, they are fitted and not baggy, which to me is important as I feel like I look smart wearing them. The amount of comments I have had about my MK6 in Cool Grey is mental. People comment on the colour of it every week and the amount of people commenting on how well it looks is awesome. The MK6 trousers specifically are almost like jeans, but weigh nothing at all. Unlike any other Gi I have had and I adore it. The featherlite is equally awesome, I have the black with Orange flairs and it's super smart. Again, well fitted and not baggy and I love wearing it. I have just seen the advert for a new type Gi progress are releasing (unsure when at the time of writing this 06/07/23) - But I will be buying one in the Khaki I have seen advertised. I am not paid for this review, I do not get anything free from Progress and This Google account isn't my name. Just a pure, well deserved review for a brand that clearly cares about quality. Thanks Progress!
