Kaizen has built a culture of excellence at all levels of the fight game. The gym has helped me lay out a proper foundation to reach my goals in MMA. Throughout all the disciplines of martial arts from boxing, wrestling, jiu jitsu, and kickboxing. Whether you are starting out or at a high level of MMA you will continuously get better training here every single day…. truly in a state of kaizen. Not only that but the coaches at the gym walk with integrity, commitment, and true passion for there students day in and day out. God Bless 🙏🏻
Posted 9 months agoWe joined Kaizen because we need after-school care for our energetic kindergartener. We had no experience with MMA. But this wonderful place is about so much more than karate. They proactively help shape the children's character with consistent messaging about respect, integrity, responsibility, self-control, confidence, and community. The instructors are wonderful, knowledgeable and caring. Today my son was telling me that there is a new hyperactive student and how it was the older students' job to help him learn the routine. He mused, "Imagine how wild I would be if I didn't have Kaizen to teach me patience." I dare not imagine. He is in his 3rd year now and the influence Kaizen has had on my son and our family is invaluable. I cannot recommend it highly enough. (Also the school closure camps have been a godsend).
Posted 1 year agoBrought both of my kids here for summer camp and they loved everything about it! The staff members were incredibly awesome and the kids made new friends and developed good new habits! We will be returning! Highly recommend this location!
