Paying for a typical gym membership is only so motivating to get fit, training in self-defense against willing partners on a weekly basis is a whole more motivating.

Very knowledgeable and caring coaches. Great place to be with friendly people and they definitely keep the classes fun. My son is always excited for his ‘Jitz’ nights!! Thank you IBJJ for creating that type of environment for our kids 😊

My son goes to IBJJ and he loves there. I can tell that he is way more focused at school and his self confidence is very high (that was the main reason way he started martial arts). He loves the teachers and the friends he has made there!!

My son was recently enrolled in the program, and he has been loving the training. Coach PK and Coach Gil are amazing. They are very accommodating with requests and cultivate a very friendly environment. I would highly recommend this to anybody looking to keep their kids active and help them learn some new life skills.

My daughter couldn't be happier with the experience. From day one, the coaches and students made her feel genuinely welcome and part of the team. The environment is friendly, supportive, and respectful, creating a great atmosphere for learning and building confidence. It's clear that they care about their students both on and off the mats. Highly recommend to any family looking for a positive and encouraging place to train.

My daughter really enjoyed the classes she attended! The coaches were very attentive and they really made sure she was a good fit for the program before we started. During the sessions, my daughter felt comfortable and confident! I would return and/or recommend this place to others for sure.

I’m a teen and I’ve been training BJJ on and off, and every time I come back I always feel welcomed. The environment is very positive and supportive, and it’s an amazing place to learn jiu-jitsu. Coach PK is awesome, he explains things clearly, is very encouraging, and really cares about helping everyone improve. I always feel comfortable training here and would definitely recommend it.
