I’ve been training at Impact for years. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone in the fitness classes are friendly and encouraging as well. I always get good training in the BJJ classes and have tough rolls in.

Impact is one of the best gyms I've been to in my life. The workouts are effective, the equipment is well taken care of, the facility is clean, the air circulation is good, and most importantly, the trainers are awesome. They make you feel welcome, motivated, and they have a perfect balance of encouraging you and not being pushy or intimidating. I am so grateful I found this gym. Thank you for everything!

Great gym with excellent Jiu Jitsu instructors! Both Bryans are phenomenal. If you're looking for grappling around Newberg, this is the spot.

Brian is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable- I have the intro trial membership currently and have definitely enjoyed my experience so far. With the trial membership you get three semi-private trainings, along with unlimited classes. Currently, I mostly try to make the 9am classes for strength and BJJ. Highly recommend this gym!!

My wife's family lives in Newberg and as we were visiting I was hoping I could find a place to train. I dropped in to Impact Performance training and was immediately greeted by professor Bryan. I asked if it was ok to drop into a class and he said absolutely! Professor Bryan taught a few excellent techniques from DLR to X and taught in a systems based approach that gave different directions based on what your opponents reactions are. This in my opinion is the best way to learn because you understand the "why" behind what you're doing. After the techniques we proceeded to train 6 or 7 rounds. You know it's a great place to train when the professor rolls with the students. Fortunately for me it was a small class due to the holidays and I was able to train with Professor Bryan a couple of times. He was precise, deliberate, and very highly skilled. I learned alot from him during the techniques but also during our rolls. He was also gracious enough to provide me some feedback to help me improve my game. I've trained in gyms all around the world and it's rare for a visitor to get that kind of kind treatment. I can only imagine how much Professor Bryan invests in his students. If you live in Newberg you should be training here. If you're visiting you should drop in here. Great gym, great vibes, strong techniques and awesome facility Thank you for having me! Pasha
