I'm new to this gym and LOVING it. I am not someone that has done any sport like this, so my new addiction to jiu jitsu is surprising but it's a really great workout and so fun. The coaches here are incredible & patient. I like the variety of times and classes they offer and I'm confident in the cleanliness of the facility. Thank you Matt & Raina and team!

As someone completely new to the sport when joining this gym, everyone here has made me feel very welcomed and supported. All the instructors have been extremely kind and patient when I've needed any extra guidance during classes. There's also an incredible women's only class that I highly recommend to get started!

Impact Sherwood has been my home gym for 12 years. We have a very supportive family atmosphere. Our Women's Only program is awesome and we invite all to train with us!

If you're looking for a great place to learn jiu jitsu, or for your kids to learn jiu jitsu, i'd highly recommend Impact in Sherwood. Tommy and Lauretta have done an excellent job of building a gym that's inclusive and family oriented, while creating a group of students and practitioners that are some of the sharpest around. Whether you're looking for Gi or NoGi, this is the place for you.
