Absolutely brilliant 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Staff and instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Would highly recommend. My boys have done a few classes and I have joined in the women’s striking class. I had no previous experience but felt really comfortable

We’re so happy with the kids MMA classes! Coaches Raushan and Harry are amazing — they balance discipline and fun perfectly while building real skills, confidence, and respect. They truly care about the kids, and it shows. What makes this academy special is how much the coaches feel like family. Every child feels supported, included, and encouraged. The cover coaches are great too, keeping the same positive energy and high standards. A big thank you to Liam Cann, the head owner, for creating such a welcoming, community-focused environment. We’ve seen such a boost in confidence and focus since joining. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a supportive second family for their child! 🥋

My daughter is super shy, and been reluctant to try any activities due to shyness. She went to a dance class a few months ago and just cried. She came for a trial at IMA 2months ago and absolutely loved it. The teachers are amazing and made her feel at ease, she's excelling in confidence, learnt so much, practicing at home and wants to go on to compete. My step son loves it, its great fitness and amazing skill to learn. The teachers are extremely knowledgeable and pay close attention to the individual development of each child. The overall general atmosphere of gym the is lovely all the staff, trainers, other members and parents are all really friendly. They have built a real community and its lovely to see the kids classes growing and a mix of abilities. The trainers ensure the kids are able to practice thier skills and use them in real situations, this sets them apart from other gyms the teaching is second to none. Its great to see all the kids growing and everyone celebrating each other.
