  Our kids ages 6,7,12,18 and my husband have been attending since August. They love it. It’s a clean facility, great instruction and they’re able to effectively teach and communicate our children some of who have adhd. We love their bilingual as well! The kids all love to go and enjoy professor Mike, Emma, and Erica! We’d recommend this place to anyone wanting to learn! It helps teach them discipline, confidence, and also how to defend themselves if they ever have too.

  My kids and husband have been participating and we are so happy with the experience. The professors are so kind and gentle with the kids when they need that, but can provide good firm guidance when that’s what is needed. It’s the perfect balance. My son learns best from direct instruction, rather than discovery, and that has been provided for him. They really make sure that they tailor the information provided for each learner. My husband jumped in and tried a class, and fell completely in love with the sport and gym. He’s gotten in great shape and feels really healthy and has a positive outlook. They speak English and Spanish at this gym, so your kids will be exposed to both languages as a bonus! You can see from my picture how loving the professor is for the kids. I highly recommend calling them for a trial class!

  GFT San Antonio is an amazing gym to be a part of. I have been training here since May and I immediately was welcomed with open arms. Mike and Emma do an awesome job making this a family focused gym. If you are curious about BJJ or are looking for your new gym, I can’t recommend this gym enough. I drive from Boerne and pass multiple gyms along the way. The culture Mike and Emma foster make the drive more than worth it. They are extremely reasonable and always willing to work with your situation.

  This is hands down the best place for jiu jitsu in San Antonio! Whether you want to be a competitor or just a hobbyist this is the school you want to be. I’ve been training with professors Mike and Emma for over 2 years now and they have become a second family to me. They take the time to get to know each and every one of their students and always tailor their classes to the individuals who are there that day. The prices are super affordable and the gym is always clean. Come out and be a part of the best bjj school around.

  Life changing experience! This is an amazing place and I thank God that he lead me to be a part of this team. Mike and Emma are excellent Jiu-jitsu instructors and great people.
