  I absolutely love training here! I came in very inexperienced, but from the very first class they made me feel comfortable and welcome, it honestly feels like a little family. The coaches are amazing at what they do: they push you to get the best out of yourself, but always in a way that’s respectful of your boundaries. I never leave without sweat dripping down my face, and I always feel proud of what I’ve achieved. On top of that, they offer so much for such a reasonable price, which makes it even better. Their kindness, knowledge, and encouragement are exactly why I keep coming back again and again. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

  Myself and 2 kids (teens) just joined for BJJ lessons and they love the classes with Vitor as he's very professional and provides expert guidance along with tricks of the trade that actually work based on his experience in the cage. For me I've being doing Muay Thai sessions and I really enjoy the lessons as Vitor gets to the nitty gritty details of the techniques - he'll spot your foot an inch out!. He'll also explain why the techniques are done in a certain way based on his vast Muay Thai experience. As I have a bad knee he's also able to provide different options if I find something difficult which is useful to me. My kids compete in BJJ and are really looking forward to future events with Vitor in the coaches seat along with the comradery of the GF Team. What I really like is Vitor makes the sessions fun as well so learning is a pleasure and the time flies by 😁 Highly recommended, great friendly club.

  Just started and love it there already. Its incredibly clean and Vitor's Attention to detail within the bjj I've been doing Here is unmatched. Also there is classes at all times. Great Gym.
