  I love this gym for my family, and we've been going for years. Prices are incredibly affordable for the value you get. We have learned so much! Krav, Jujitu, and kickboxing are all a great way to workout, meet new people, and learn self defense.

  My son has been taking Muay Thai classes for about 6 months now at FX. He’s grown so much and learned so much since he started with Rocky and Bret. I have never seen him more interested or more confident. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to get in shape and learn something new and fun.

  We love FX! They have so many different classes for youth, adults, and even women's only classes. Our son has been in the kids jujitsu for years and joined the kickboxing classes as soon as it opened for kids. His confidence in himself has grown incredibly. He really enjoys learning these skills. He has advanced so well with the knowledge of all the great coaches and other students who all help each other. They have so many great programs for anyone interested and their prices are so affordable! I highly recommend taking the offer to try out a class.

  I have been training at FX for about 6 months and I am so happy I finally made the move. First off, it is one of the most positive atmospheres which is motivating and challenging. Rocky and his coaches are extremely knowledgeable in the craft and most of all can explain and communicate the material wonderfully. If you are looking for a clean gym, great coaching and most of all a way to improve your knowledge in martial arts or self defense look no further than FX Defense.

  Wonderful staff and facility. The gym is very clean and organized. Nice waiting area for the parents. Great coaches. Very professional while still feeling like family and having fun. They offer something for everyone at affordable prices. Highly recommend. You can tell they love what they do.
