Started 6 months ago. Coach Rocky was very responsive when I asked questions about beginning BJJ in my 40s, gym culture and realistic expectations with limited time in a week to train. Great coaches, good mix of ages and experience levels in each class. Attitudes towards learning, camaraderie and a clean training environment. Love it!

My son has been coming to FX since he was 4 and everyone is absolutely amazing there. He really enjoys learning and growing in jujitsu. Coach Rocky and Brooklyn and all of the coaches are very patient and great at breaking down the steps and working with kids at learning.

Rocky is a fantastic instructor! With realistic situations and examples we were able to properly practice for a life threatening bleed! 10/10 recommend!

Started Muay Thai about a year ago and i absolutely love it here. It definitely has an amazing atmosphere and makes you feel at home! Everyone is super friendly and the gym is really clean.

Excellent and informative, presented in friendly manner with just the information needed. Training mockups are great to reinforce and practice methods taught in the oral presentation.
