    Visited while I was in town for an event and had an awesome time! Everybody was super friendly and had some good technical rolls. Sometimes as a visiting black belt, I feel like I’ve got a huge target on my back, but everyone here Kept it technical and didn’t try to take my head off… Awesome vibes since I’m on vacation ha ha! I would definitely recommend getting some training in with these folks if you are in the area!

    What an Incredible place to train! The ATC will be a staple for the best Grapplers in WNC and I'm looking for future champions to come out of here. The Vibe is unmatched and you can tell a lot of love went in to the making of this Training Center. Totally unique and exactly what we needed here in Bryson City

    Fantastic gym! Appalachia training center offers multiple classes in Wrestling and BJJ for adults and children of any age. huge plus! Another thing that helps the gym stand apart is the hours provided . I’m excited and looking forward to coming and training here . If you’re looking for a gym to train or encourage your kids in a sport they enjoy look for Appalachia training center ! You will not be disappointed !
