My son has been training with professor Gabriel for 3 years and we’ve been training here since October 2024 as a family at Fight Zone. Amazing teachers and great group of people. Best place in Murfreesboro to feel comfortable training.

My kids started under Professor Gabriel both at age 3, and have continued their training with him for several years. They started competing successfully at age 4 & 5, and they continue to learn, grow and build confidence and strength as well as a positive mindset. Jiu jitsu is very different than team sports and there are so many benefits. I believe it will be a life long sport for my kids & we will always choose for them to train under professor Gabriel and the coaches at Fight Zone. It’s a community, and we highly recommend!!

A welcoming and CLEAN environment with some of the best in Murfreesboro. Gabe and his team of highly skilled black belts have created an amazing gym. Professor Gabriel is knowledgeable, kind, and very thoughtful of each visitor. I’ve been training with Gabe for soon to be 5 years and can’t wait for the next 5 under his teaching.

You can’t find a better atmosphere to not only learn Jiu Jitsu, but to be taken in to a part of a family environment. The professors are all amazing, and can work with any caliber of athlete or any age range.

I have been training with Professor Gabriel for 2 years now. My whole family trains and we love it. They are so welcoming and kind. I see how he treats the kids. He is encouraging and reassuring that they can do it. And the same for the adults class. It’s a close knit family and I recommend training to everyone. Especially Fightzone TN.

This is an outstanding place to practice jiu jitsu. The environment is welcoming to new people just starting and has plenty of higher belts if you want to be more competitive as well. Professor Gabriel is the head instructor and has a proven record in BJJ training in Brazil and competing in the US. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. As someone in law enforcement, training in BJJ is something I take more serious than just for hobby or fitness and I absolutely trust Professor Gabriel with my training. My daughter also used to go to Professor Gabriel and the kids class is fantastic! She only left because she wanted to try some other sports and the schedule conflicted, but she’s wanting to return. Don’t hesitate to attend a trial class and see for yourself! This location is new but Professor Gabriel has been teaching for a long time, just go you won’t regret it.

I've been training with Professor Gabe for a year now, and I never could've chosen anyone better to help me along my jiujitsu journey! Every class, whether it's a light recovery class or a push class, has been so enjoyable and fun. I'm so grateful for all the friendships I've made here! This school gives me opportunities to forget about all the craziness of school and get all of my stress out for an hour or two a couple nights a week. Check it out!

My son went for his first class and truly has fallen in love! He asks to go every day and it is something he is so excited about. He is completely new and professor Gabriel is amazing. He has great customer service and has gone above and beyond to answer any and all questions that we have. It is an incredibly friendly, safe, and family oriented atmosphere. We cannot wait to continue our journey here.

Jiu Jitsu is the single best thing you could participate in for your mental and physical wellbeing. That being said, Gabe understands relationships and that every one has different needs, goals and aspirations. Jiu Jitsu is not about competing or being the best guy/girl within a fifty mile radius. It’s about getting physically and mentally stronger, healthier and building new relationships. Come train with us.

Prof Gabe knows that martial arts is about relationships. Fight Zone TN has an amazing environment where we push each other to be better. People of all ages will enjoy high level coaching and a super friendly atmosphere no matter which class they attend. Early morning, daytime, and evening classes are available for busy schedules. Prof. Gabe was patient yet firm enough to guide my child through fear and apprehension. He now talks about jiu jitsu all the time.

I've been training with Professor Gabriel for 4 years. Times goes fast. It's a healthy gym with a great mix of age, gender, experience levels, and all walks of life. Its a great place for you and your kids to grow, learn, and challenge yourself. Even though Fight Zone is new to the area and continuing to grow and refine the space, the people here aren't. Gabe and his coaching team bring years of experience in Jiu-Jitsu and coaching in general. Their commitment to the sport and each person that walks through the door is second to none. With out Gabriel and the culture he's built I would be a very different person. You're the same person today as you will be in 5 years with the exception of the people you meet and the books you read. You will not be disappointed joining up!

You wont find a better jiu jitsu gym environment nearby. The training is specific, detailed and very functional. If you want to train to compete, or to be safe for your law enforcement job, or to just get in shape and meet new friends, this is the place. Professor Gabriel brings his knowledge from Brazil that most local instructors cant provide. You wont regret getting started at any age. From 4 years old to whatever age, they will get you going. There is no better time to start.
