I have been going to this gym for about 9 months now and I absolutely love it. The coaches are all absolutely amazing but I want to give a huge shout out to the Muay Thai coach Johnny Kru. He really understands the sport and is one of the best instructors in the area. Gavin, Daison, Scott and Josh are all amazing as well. Highly recommend.
Posted 1 year agoIf you want to feel good and learn how to defend yourself, this is the right place. I’ve never seen a coach like that. Training can be exhausting but it’s 100% worth it. I am very happy and I and my friends have been extremely stimulated since we came here. Sean Reynold⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Posted 2 years agoMy whole family loves this gym. My 9 year old daughter and 12 year old son love the youth boxing and self defense classes and have learned so much. Wyatt and Scott are great, patient teachers and work very well with the kids. The gym is clean and welcoming, with all of the free weights, machines, equipment, and classes needed to get the workout you’re looking for. There are morning and evening classes for adults, weekday afternoon youth classes, and family and adult classes on Saturday mornings. Outside of classes, the 24 hour access is perfect for our busy schedules, making it easy to workout when it’s convenient for us. We have several gyms in our neighborhood, but we choose to drive the extra 20 minutes to this one.
Posted 3 years agoThis gym is great! When I started here the first thing I noticed was the welcoming and motivating personality of all staff and coaches. I wanted to sharpen both my striking and grappling skills, which they present classes for both. I love the 24/7 access because I can come in and practice or workout with weights on my own time as well. I brought my nephew in to try the youth self defense class and he loved it and is an avid fight flow attendee now. My whole family from nieces and nephews to my sister are all members now. I would recommend this gym to everyone. Whether you are trying to improve your fitness, sharpen or learn martial arts skills or just want a good gym atmosphere that fits your schedule it is perfect!
Posted 3 years agoI joined this gym a few months ago because I wanted improve my fitness and hit things. I've really enjoyed the classes, there is a great variety and I'm always excited and motivated to keep going. The instructors are very friendly and knowledgable, and everyone is so welcoming. I also love that they are open 24 hours. The only thing I would change is to add a lunch-time class!
