I was visiting Raleigh and had the opportunity to drop in on Gracie Raleigh for a few classes. I was blown away by the warm welcome I received from the instructors and members. The gym has a great atmosphere, with a focus on technique and self-improvement. The classes were well-structured and challenging, with a good balance of drilling and live rolling. The instructors were knowledgeable and provided excellent feedback and guidance. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and I felt like I was part of the team from the moment I walked in. If you're a BJJ practitioner, I highly recommend stopping by Gracie Raleigh.
Posted 5 months agoWhile visiting for work I had an incredible experience dropping in and training with Karl and the team at Gracie Raleigh! The facility is immaculate and the community is very welcoming. Perfect for any level and am looking forward to my next session
Posted 3 months agoThe facility is top-notch and kept extremely clean and organized. The coaches provide excellent instruction and are very patient for newcomers like myself. I can only speak for jiu-jitsu, but there are plenty of classes throughout the week at convenient times. If you are looking to get into the sport in the Raleigh area, I highly recommend Gracie Raleigh!
Posted 5 months agoGracie Raleigh is the best place to begin a journey that will change your life. I’ve been lucky enough to train in a handful of gyms in the country and abroad and while most are great, Gracie Raleigh is the best. Incredibly talented coaches, clean and state-of-the art equipment and most importantly, the training partners on the mats make everyone feel welcome, safe and supported. All ages, stages and types of people feel a part of the team from day one to years growing, having fun, getting fit and feeling stronger together. Happiest decision you might ever make is walking in the doors.
Posted 1 year agoI was visiting Raleigh for a short period of time. As a recreational jiujitsu practitioner I’m glad to be part of this global community. It needs courage and confidence to walk-in through this kind of environments. At Gracie Jiujitsu I had a great experience. The lead team at the mat were welcoming and helpful. We did positional sparring at the end, with a bonus round included. I’m happy to know this experience counts and have a place to train this art. Thanks!
