Tristan (coach/owner) is awesome, welcoming, and makes you feel comfortable. The people that train there make you feel part of the family and are very welcoming and comfortable. If you’re looking to start or continue Muay Thai, this is the gym to do so!

Been training here pretty often for 5 months now, amazing coach, great group of people and great environment! Definitely have learned a crazy amount and has changed me for the better. Good amount of competitors actively fighting and pushing each other all while learning traditional Muay Thai. Coach T and the Outliers team are the best. OSS ⚔️

If you're thinking about trying Muay Thai, this is the place to go. Great environment for all skill levels. Coach is friendly and knowledgeable and classes are a tough workout as well as a fun learning experience. Take advantage of a free trial class and try it out!

Muay Thai is not a belt system. Stop using belts for Muay Thai and please for the love of god work on your technique. If you are a student here, find someone else where.
