If I could have given this place 6 stars, I would have. As soon as I walked in, everyone greeted me and helped me. Fabin Rosa is talented and showed a technique in the class that I will not be forgetting and will implement in my jiu jitsu. Cannot stress enough that if you're in the area, you NEED to visit this gym. Beautiful people and beautiful atmosphere. I felt very comfortable here

I've only been coming here about 2-3 weeks. This gym has created an awesome environment and culture. Everyone is very friendly, and all the coaches are willing to assist you. The coaches care about their students, and it appears that they love what they do. That means alot. It always feels good coming in and leaving this gym, and that says something.

Fabin and his team are amazing. I dropped in for a morning class while travelling with my wife & kids and they immediately treated me like one of their own. The quality of instruction is top notch and the vibe of everyone on the mat is awesome. No egos, just a great group of people training hard, sharing ideas, and having a good time. Came here for Orlando summer open and pan kids weekend not knowing what to expect but when I came to the gym I felt super welcomed by everyone including professor Fabiano Rosa. I love how he handled class and separated the competitors to the hobbyist while paying attention to everyone on the mat and also treating his guests like I was one of his own students. Would def comeback here anytime I come up to Orlando and I recommend everyone else to do the same🤙🏼

Fabin Rosa’s is a fantastic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy in the Orlando area. I dropped in for a noon class and I’m so glad I did. Big facility with lots of mat space, weights, and heavy bags (there is a Muay Thai program too!). And best of all, a great training environment with cool people. I was visiting from Washington state and my professor suggested I go to Fabin’s gym. I’m so glad I did because I met one of my professor’s childhood friends. Connecting the world through Jiu Jitsu. I cross-train quite a bit and have visited this location multiple times. This is easily one of the best BJJ gyms in the Metrowest/Kirkman-Conroy/Windermere/Dr. Phillips area. I know it can be hard to discern the kind of gym you're looking at just from websites, physical appearance, instructor bios and marketing. The real measure of a good gym isn't the instructor's bios, the aesthetic, or the philosophy: it's what they do and have done for their members and community. Family gyms that have a large group of active competitors of all ages says a lot about the inclusive environment and their ability to serve diverse members. Fabin Rosa has a large kids program with active competitors that medal- this shows a leadership ability to incorporate fun, compassion, and instill disicpline and hard work. They have a large women's program and consistent higher belt women- this shows a safe and respectful training environment. They have morning, midday, and evening classes, a large population of upper belts, and high level competitors visiting the area for competitions are always dropping in. I recommended this gym to a friend, and in less than a week of being there I saw members and the owner interacting with her as if she had been there for years. It was really impactful to see, especially given how large a gym it is and how many locations they have, yet able still be inclusive to brand new peoole and treat them with warmth and welcome. I myself am only an occasional visitor there and have always felt welcome and included. And there are some real beasts on the mat here, at all belt levels and ages.

Recommended to me by my professor, Master Soca, who I completely trust, and I was not disappointed. I was welcomed with open arms, and met with some very high level jiu jitsu practitioners, many from Brazil. Professor Fabin’s knowledge is extensive, and it’s clear he derives so much enjoyment passing that knowledge on to his students. The facilities are huge, and the egos are checked at the door. I’ve yet to do a drop-in at a BJJ gym when traveling where I was not welcomed and treated nicely. We all can’t get better alone; we all need each other to advance our game and continuously learn. But the camaraderie here was so visible and obvious, the sharing of knowledge amongst everyone, the respect, the friendliness, etc... 5 stars and a solid recommendation to do a drop in if traveling or join if you’re local.

I came out to Orlando for a work trip and I needed to train high level jiu-jitsu, professor Fabin has an amazing gym downtown Orlando, I was here for two weeks and it was one to the best moments in my life. Professor Diego is an amazing professors tons of knowledge and the students are awesome. In the two weeks I’ve been here training everyday, I’ve definitely improved 100%, can’t wait to use the moves I learned from Professor Diego in competition! You guys gotta train at Fabin Ross! One of the best Jiu-Jitsu gyms in the world!!!! Ossss can’t wait to come back!

Fabin Rosa Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the absolute best and comes with my highest recommendation. Aside from the top-notch BJJ, they are genuinely there to build relationships and make friends first. Super welcoming and there’s an emphasis on no ego. I’m from Corpus Christi, Texas and me and my grandson train at a much smaller BJJ academy. I signed my grandson up for his 1st Pans and wanted to find a place to get a few rolls before the tournament. In my search, all signs pointed Fabin Rosa Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. After looking deeper into FRBJJ, I discovered that they offered a Pan Kids specific training course for the entire month prior to the competition. I changed my itinerary so me and my grandson could catch the last week instead of just a day or 2 before the tournament. We were not disappointed. The training was spectacular and exceeded every expectation. It wasn’t uncommon to have multiple black belts on the mats with the kids that come here to train from all over the country and all over the world for Pans. Additionally, I was also able get some incredible training. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and the rolls were fantastic. I can’t wait to come back for Pans next year!

We have friends attending this bjj school so we decided to invest in their kids competition summer camp given it’s reputation of winning several medals. Although we are from another local school my 7 year old was treated like family with respect and care from all, and I was very impressed with the professionalism coach Diego Asenjo and his wife Fernanda conducted the competition and regular bjj classes for kids. I could tell right away they are experts in the original Brazilian jiu jitsu from Rio de Janeiro and more important , that they have the skills to inspire the kids to truly learn in the classes. We will definitely come back for future events .

I (white belt who has been doing BJJ for a few months) dropped in from out of town recently and had the opportunity to train with Fabin and team for a lunch class. I was impressed with the large turnout/attendance and high number of upper belts present. More importantly, the culture was instantly warm/inviting from everyone I interacted with. Fabin has done a fantastic job of creating a welcoming environment for people to train whether old friends or a brand new interaction. Fabin made sure I received personal attention and instruction from upper belts throughout the session/rolls, and I'm grateful for how I was treated. Special shoutout to David (brown belt) who really helped me during drilling and throughout the class. I would 100% come back again if given the opportunity when I visit Orlando in the future, and I'd gladly recommend this gym to anyone considering training bjj in the area. 🤙

I highly recommend this academy for anyone who is looking to take up Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu. Fabin Rosa also offers Muay Thai and Cross fit. It's a family friendly environment for kids of all ages. My family and I try to train 3 times a week. What I really like about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is that it's a great workout that doesn't feel like a workout because your mind is occupied trying to learn the technique. We truly enjoy our time here.

I stopped in while traveling for work. Everyone was very welcoming, and I had a great night of training. I only brought one gi, and Fabin the owner even offered to wash my gi so that I could train again the next day! I will continue to stop in here when I travel to Orlando for business.

gym is legit. These dudes are legit some of the toughest I’ve rolled with and I’ve sparred at multiple MMA and Bjj gyms along the east coast. The music is immaculate, Professor Fabin is full of bjj knowledge, approachable and very nice. there are tons of upperbelt training partners to spar and learn from and they’re all willing to teach as you spar with them. there is plenty of mat space to spar. I’ve learned so much from all their classes and even open mat. This gym competes and consistently wins for a reason. definitely come check them out if you want to become a world class Bjj player or just simply lose weight and stay in shape.

Simply awesome experience! I'm a 43 y/o purple belt hobbyist that was in the area for work. I saw several good reviews online so I stopped in to catch a few classes. The reviews were correct. Fabin is phenomenal instructor. He creates a great training atmosphere that is extremely welcoming. By day 2 people were treating me like a regular. Very cool experience! Highly recommend checking them out if your in the area. If your a high level competitor or hobbyist you won't be disappointed.

To anyone reading these reviews and are considering dropping in while on vacation ... Do it! These guys are amazing. My 5 year old daughter dropped in while we were on vacation to prepare for a tournament we had coming up at the end of our Vacation. We train 5 days a week normally and she was itching to get on the mats and get some training in . I was extremely impressed with the curriculum and the amount coaches they had on the mats to supervise the drills and rolls to ensure saftey and proper technique. These guys know what they are doing and do it well. The atmosphere was extremely friendly and welcoming. The other students were also super friendly and nice, the coaches as well. No arrogance only smiles and discipline. Thank you Coach Fernanda for a great 2 days of training.

My teammates and I were visiting the Orlando area for Pan Ams when we were able to discover and train at Fabin’s gym. From the initial message on IG until the face-to-face training, it was nothing but a pleasant experience. There were friendly faces and tough rolls all over the mat. Professor Fabin’s presence on the mat brought out all the positive energy in the place. This is going to be my go to gym whenever I visit the area. Come visit, come train, and have a good time!!!

Great group of people. Our gym's competitors dropped in for some training session before the 2022 PanAms and we had an amazing time training with the locals and other visitors. Fabio is an amazing warming person and all his instructors are skilled and friendly. Felt very at home. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting or looking for a spot to train.

The gym is absolutely incredible! The classes are ran amazingly and I never learnt so much that I could quickly apply to my game ever. Very welcoming community and everybody is extremely nice so I also recommend this to new comers of the sport. Supportive community and if you want to upgrade your jiu jitsu game I would highly recommend coming to the gym!

We’re from Tampa and took a quick trip over to Fabin Rosa BJJ in Orlando. We wanted our kid’s competition team to cross train with Fabin Rosa’s competition team. We were very impressed! From the start, we were welcomed as if we were family. Fabin Rosa and Professor Diego came over to introduce themselves and to get to know us and the kids. The instruction from Professor Diego was excellent. He made the best use of his time with thirty (30) kids on the mat — not one kid was out of line or disruptive. Our kids gained a lot of experience, made new friends and had a blast….and this was just Day 1.
