Great experience training while on vacation here from nyc. The people are very respectful and maintain a healthy and clean environment. Professor Roger Santos’ instruction and attention to detail in teaching were very well explained in a way anyone and everyone were able to apply. If I lived in Orlando would definitely call this place home. Highly recommend!

5-star experience at Checkmat Orlando... had the opportunity to attend Leo Vieiras seminar which was excellent. My son and I met an amazing community of practioners, the facilities are top-notch, and the energy is always electric! Huge shoutout to Roger, his wife and the entire team for their hospitality and guidance. If you're in the area, do yourself a favour and come roll with them! 👊 Highly recommended! 😊

Nice and very clean gym in the Orlando area. Came in for Pan Kids. My daughter and her friends were welcomed with open arms. Coach Giulia is the best! We will definitely come back everytime we are in Orlando. Oss! 🤙🏻

Checkmat was a really great experience. The head professor was very hospitable and allowed me to cross train with them. Professor Roger made it feel like home with doors wide open. I have to say that these guys train hard! I was the nail every round and I loved it. This is real jiu jitsu! I would recommend anyone to come see Professor Roger here at checkmat Orlando for some good rolls. Thank you for having me!
