My daughter started training at this jiu-jitsu academy, and it has been an amazing experience! The instructors are caring, patient, and truly dedicated to the kids’ development. She’s learning not only jiu-jitsu techniques but also discipline, respect, and confidence. The environment is welcoming and safe, and it’s clear how happy and motivated she feels in every class. I highly recommend it! 👊🥋💪

I took an early AM class with Coach Frank and was very impressed! You can tell he's been coaching for a long time-- and he speaks English, Spanish, AND Portuguese! He really knows how to break down instruction into easy to digest pieces so that learners of all levels can be successful and effective. He's very clear and balanced in his instruction: he doesn't over-explain or under-explain and gives exactly the right amount of time to work the techniques. I love that he started from standing and taught a logical progression to a guard pass. He was super friendly and welcoming. The gym is conveniently located inside the 24-hour fitness center, and I was able to go work out and sit in the steam room afterward. It's very neat and clean inside. No gimmicks, no cultish dogma, just good martial arts instruction! And I've seen their kids classes as well. They have a large group of kids, well organized instruction, and a great mix of game-based learning/ mobility training, technique acquisition, and fun!

My son has been going for over a year now , he loves it , he’s learning to be a stronger kid , learning values and of course the art of jiu jitsu , the instructors are great specially Rafael , great coach with tons of real experience. If you want your kid to learn discipline , self confidence and good values I wouldn’t wait to put him in this class.
