My daughter made the switch from ballet to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and we couldn’t be happier with the decision. She is only 3 years old and found her true passion at Asenjo Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and it has been an amazing journey ever since. Diego is an incredible instructor — skilled, patient, and truly inspiring. He creates a structured, respectful, and motivating environment that brings out the best in every student. Fernanda is also fantastic with the kids, always warm, supportive, and encouraging. Since joining, my daughter has grown so much — not just in physical ability, but in confidence, discipline, and focus. She looks forward to every class, she literally cries when I say to her that there is no class. I highly recommend Asenjo BJJ to any parent looking for a place where their child can grow in strength, character, and confidence. Great loving gym family. We cross train here and welcomed with opened arms and love. Everyone is so sweet and Professor Diego and his family are the sweetest. The kids are all great and respectful and helps others. We look forward to more cross trainings and coming back every month!

We’ve known Professor Diego and his family from passings at tournaments and other events and finally made it out to their gym a few months ago to cross train and it was definitely worth the one hour drive. Everything was exceptional, you are greeted with a smile and hug and while leave with one too. From the moment you walk in the door you can feel the positive energy , not just from Diego but also his family and students. There are no egos or “tuff guys” floating around , just a family friendly environment with great jiu jitsu being taught by a great instructor. I would highly recommend dropping by and giving them a try. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

My 5y.o has been going here for a bit and he absolutely loves it! The coaches are so good with the kids - super patient, fun, and really know how to teach them while keeping it exciting. He’s gotten so much more confident and looks forward to every class. The whole place just has a great vibe. Definitely recommend if you’re thinking about signing your kid up!

Our entire family trains at Asenjo BJJ and we absolutely love it. Our son has been learning from Coaches Diego and Fernanda since he was just 4 years old. Now he’s 7 and still going strong. Our youngest started by watching and is now taking classes too. My husband and I also train together, and it has become something truly special for our whole family. Asenjo BJJ is more than a gym. It is a family run academy that truly welcomes families. The care, discipline, and values they teach go far beyond the mat. Highly recommend!
