I visited Enso and found a warm and welcoming environment. A beautiful space, on top of that. I and other the other white belt both felt comfortable to ask questions. Professor Toshi has a warm heart, and a deep knowledge of the art, and addressed our questions thoroughly. I would recommend this space to anyone looking to enjoy themselves as they grow in jiu jitsu.

I trained at Enso Jiu Jitsu for the last 5 months and have nothing but positive things to say! I went into this having no prior martial arts/wrestling experience. Toshi, Ryan, Hans, and the other instructors are all patient both in class and in sparring. That said, they also do well at holding me accountable to challenge myself which helps learning. The Jiu Jitsu community cultivated here is amazing as well. Most members you run into are friendly and can meet you at your skill level especially if you are newer. Strong progress mindset here. I would definitely recommend Enso if you are looking to pick up Jiu Jitsu and wish to do so with an uplifting group of people.

Enso is a great academy for learning BJJ. They cultivate a positive learning environment and The thing that really stands out to me is the attentive, detail oriented and precise teaching. The professionalism is second to none. Although I haven’t been here long the students that I have trained with have all been pretty friendly and positive.

I've recently started training at Enso Jiu Jitsu and am so happy! What a wonderful place to learn. Whether I'm working with a sensei or with another student, I always feel safe and know there's someone nearby who's going to help me improve my technique. The community is kind, patient, and as a beginner you'll never feel left behind. As someone with no prior experience I would recommend anyone at any level to come join! Toshi is a wonderful teacher and I'm grateful every class that I met him.
