Empowering Boxing is life changing. I have been going for almost three years. The instructors are amazing. I get a different workout evertime I attend. I not only have physical changed but my confidence has changed. After class I feel I can do anything. If haven't tried kickboxing before you need to your missing out!!

I absolutely LOVE the community here! I’m soon into my 3rd month with Empower Boxing and I’m not leaving anytime soon! This new skill I’m learning has been an amazing experience and I can’t wait to see my progress in the coming months! Thank you Empower Boxing!

I hate every minute of the exercise. HATE! But I’m there 3 days a week. I’m going to dislike any kind of exercise so I might as well torture myself with the one that burns a ridiculous amount of calories per hour. Instructors are encouraging, knowledgeable, and love to see you sweat.
